With continuous innovation of technology and experience, Tungtay (Chengdu) Industrial Co., Ltd. has taken the lead in and producing TT/GS series Reinforced steel welding net composite pipe production line in the world. The production line features:

Complicated operations such as shaping and welding of the metal frame, plastic extruding and two-sided shaping of the inner and outer layer are completed one time in the production line.

High welding speed using a welding machine self-developed under Tungtay`s patented technology.

Data of the movement and the time in the production line are controlled by PLC and detected by photoelectricity coder, the movement date can be controlled separately or jointly.

Only need change specification parts can produce DE series and DN series pipes, be produced in each production line, saving investment in opening up market for customer.
